I have been to this location twice. Both times I was able to find parking easily, but we did not arrive during peak hours. The food was great, love the onion ring tower! Our favorite burger is the "Royal Red Robin", this one is topped with bacon & a fried egg. It is delish! I've also tried a few of their mixed drinks, love the Screaming Red Zombie. It is really good. The atmosphere is casual, its fun for the whole family.

I always love my banzai burger and always think of trying the new burgers when they come out. But always ending up loving the banzai burger w teriyaki and pineapple sauce the most. My hubby gets a guacamole burger wo bacon and onion anD asks for tortilla strips. It's not on the menu. Red robin is so flexible though. That's what we love about them. We also love the texture of the wedge fries rather than the nearby burger competitors skinny skinny fries. What makes this rating a three star is the service? No matter what time of day it is, it takeS forever. The server is always impossible to find. I think maybe the servers have too many tables or something. They r running everywhere. U try to call them and they have ran off already. Think mgmt should maybe tweak that a bit and then all will be perfect.

Red Robin is not bad but drive to another one! The waitress forgot our drinks, then spilled our drinks, then spilled our appetizer. We then sat with empty drinks for 20 minutes...when she finally confirmed a re-fill she then again did not come back for over 20 minutes. It was a horrible experience and I feel horrible for RR to have their name attached to this location.

My kids love this place so we go often but I'm not always in the mood for a burger but recently I tried the turkey burger, wow!! So good. My 9 year old loved it as well. Great option if you don't eat beef.

I had gone to RR with my family a week or so ago, it was a Thursday night around 9pm - so they weren't that busy. We have been to RR several times before when it was packed & had no problems. But this time, that wasn't the case. First of all, my son's silverware was dirty - I mean there was a huge glob of food on it! We were all disgusted, he even gagged. We notified the waitress who apologized but was also disgusted at the dirty knife. TIP: USE HOT WATER & SANITIZE YOUR SILVERWARE! Next, upon receiving the bill - I mentioned to my waitress that I had a RR rewards card but did not have it with me. She asked me to write down the phone number & she would go look it up. I gave her my credit card along with the bill (I had written my phone number on the bill itself.) She then brought back the bill, but there was no credit card slip for me to sign. We waited 15 minutes, nada. Then I flagged her down & asked - "excuse me, but where's the copy I sign?" She RUDELY said "you never gave me a credit card!" To which, I explained that I did along with the bill with my phone number on it. She kept rudely insisting that I gave her no credit card & the bill needed to be paid. She was pretty adamant & aggressive at this point. I checked my wallet in front of her, the credit card was not there - she again insisted I had never given it to her! She was going to call her manager over, when all of sudden she removed her hand from her apron pocket & MY CREDIT CARD FELL OUT! All I got from her was a "whoops, I guess I had it all along!" NO APOLOGY whatsoever. I wasted 30 minutes with all of this, we're never going back there again. To be rudely accused of trying to skip out on my bill & with no apology?? Not to mention the dirty silverware???? PS: the fries tasted like they were reheated & not fresh. UGH! I'm so done with RR!!!

Since we go here often and I remembered to yelp...let me just say that ANDREA is a phenomenal waitress! I've been asking for her ever since the first time she served us. She is UBER-FRIENDLY, HARDWORKING, PROMPT, FUNNY (my kids think she's hilarious). You could request for her if you want excellent, honest service. We need more servers out there like her. Oh, and also...the management team always make their rounds to ensure quality and such. There have been a couple of times where we had to wait FOREVER for our food and when the food came out, it was room temperature, like it's been sitting there for awhile. Meanwhile, server was no where to be found. ...(but that's only before we got Andrea) ...but the managers made sure that they made it right through apologies..yada yada... I really only come here for my kids. They just love the bottomless mac n' cheese and their steak fries...and our darling waitress. Freckles Lemonade is yummy...so is happy hour I usually order the Veggie Burger. It's the healthier option and I have to admit that their STEAK FRIES ....need no further explain...bottomless, crunchy, special red robin seasoning... We got here before the rush!!!! TGIF

Usually, I do love juicy gourmet burgers from local, non-chain restaurants but I can't deny how good the ROYAL RED ROBIN burger is here at Red Robin. It comes with melted American cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, bacon, and a sunny side up egg! The egg makes the burger taste so delicious! I keep coming back because I know my burger is going to be made the same way all the time (best thing about chain-restaurants) and if that's what I'm craving for then I'm going to be satisfied pretty much all the time. I also like that they offer bottomless fries (sweet potato fries too). Try asking for their spicy ketchup. Once you have it, you will probably end up asking for it every time you come here (like, me). The service here is pretty friendly. One time, I came here with my parents and we waited for almost an hour and our main entrees were still not given to us! Good thing you can ask for bottomless fries even before your burgers come out or else we would have gotten "hangry" because our burgers never came but they felt super bad about it! The manager was notified, and they ended up comping all our meals AND they gave us a free fat slice of the Mountain High Mudd Pie for dessert (which was super yummy). I thought the incident was taken care of very nicely and all the other times I've came here, the service has always been great so that is why I still give them 5 stars and I keep coming back here for that delicious ROYAL RED ROBIN BURGER!

Was here for lunch a few days ago, and received absolutely amazing, very friendly service. I wish I remembered the name of the lady who served us, because she was really great and very patient. My only issue is that things were not really as pictured on the menu, and the food quality was (I thought) not as good as I remembered Red Robin being. I ordered my burger bunless and was expecting it to come with lettuce (it did not). My dad had the Terminator Genysis burger, which wasn't recognizably the burger pictured. While I understand that burgers don't really look the way they do in pictures, it had no resemblance whatsoever, which was a little disappointing.

I have been here so many times since moving to Wesley Chapel and never reviewed this restaurant. It was always just "ok" until I went back the other night with my Yelp friends (Rachel M. and Anna P.) The burger was so good I had to write my review to share the deliciousness of one of their new burgers. Like all the Red Robin chains they offer appetizers, burgers, salads, chicken burgers, wraps, sandwiches, soups, sides, subs, munchkin menu, bar menu and desserts. Be sure to join the Red Robin Royalty Club. Free burger on your birthday, $20 towards your 6th visit and many more surprises. Wesley Chapel location open Sunday through Thursday 11:00 am to 10;00 pm and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. This location at Wiregrass Mall is always hopping. We were seated promptly and had a very attentive server. He was very patient with us as we slowly browsed the vast menu. I chose one of the new burgers "Smoke and Pepper" -- Topped with black-pepper bacon and Cheddar on a fresh toasted Ciabatta bun with the Smoke & Pepper ketchup (spicy, yet delicious). I asked for the ketchup on the side for dipping my fries. One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Cooked medium-well -- the flavors were glorious! There were no complaints from any of us -- did knock a star off because the fries could have been hotter but he brought back fresh ones for all of us. Maybe it was the company that made this experience so much better this time, but have to say if you like cheddar be sure to try the new 'Smoke and Pepper" burger.

Food was great drinks were weak, and service was great. Elizabeth (Beth) was my server. Great young lady, excellent service and she really paid attention to us while we were there. . Two thumbs up.

The burger choices are as endless as the fries (the fries are bottomless). It's normally kind of busy on most nights, but well worth the wait. They've got burgers and drinks for days.

Another very nice experience. Jordan did a nice job and the managers were attentive.

David J.
The burgers are good, the fries are good and wifey was very happy with her salad. And, the strawberry lemonade couldn't be better ... unless, of course, it had a shot of vodka in it. The servers, as well as a manager, checked in with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed so we were treated well. There tends to be lots of families with small children so it can get a little loud at times, but that's to be expected at this type of restaurant, so that's just an FYI, not at all a complaint.
(4)
Paul P.
The food is very good, but for the relatively high price of their burgers, the service is a bit lacking and slow. It took forever for the server to even appear, much less deliver the food.

I have been to Red Robin numerous times and the highlight is without a doubt the fries! I hate soggy fries that don't have any seasoning..you NEVER have to worry about that here. Fried up perfect! The burgers are not bad, but not on the Burger Monger or Five Guys level. The Royal with the fried egg was very good and I will be back!

I had never tried Red Robin, I'm glad I did. Excellent service, very good food, and a pretty good value combine to leave me planning to go back. They were rather busy, and had a 15 minute wait, but a manager offered us to sit at the bar and we did. We received excellent service from the bartender, Anya. I wish I had her energy, she was on the go the entire time that we were there.
(5)
Garnet F.
The food is usually good. The service is consistently terrible. We have watched our food sit on the counter for 10+ minutes more than once while servers just hang out chatting. They are never under staffed but you will never get regular service. Don't dare ask for more fries if you want them within 20 minutes. Also, if you sit near the kitchen you get the hear the waiters insult the customers and curse about their day.

I have been to Red Robin for a burger, a salad and a milkshake. Milkshake wins. There salads are nothing more than your garden variety(pardon the pun but I couldn't resist), chain restaurant salads. The burgers are more interesting but nowadays when burgers are more trendy, Red Robin doesn't do anything to distinguish themselves from the burger joints I see every 500 feet, Burger Monger, Burger 21, Square 1 Burger just to name a few. Their toppings are run of the mill and the burger might just be a preformed, frozen patty, I'm not sure. The endless fries help the situation but the milkshake is the star of the show. While the atmosphere is festive and energized, I don't see any real reason to go more than once just to say you've been.

Gluten free tip: the gluten free bun is pretty good a but dry but the moisture from the burger helps with that. The fries are safe and they carry one of my favorite gluten free beers (Omission pale ale). Very friendly staff and help modify the burgers to make sure my food is safe for me to eat. For everyone else they have lots of different burgers to try, and you can even build your own burger or modify one to your taste. The ghost pepper sauce has quite a delicious kick to it and I love dipping my fries in it. Their large burgers and bottomless sides (not just fries!) ensure you won't leave hungry.

Pros: -Large selection of burgers, and multiple protein options (not just beef burgers, but also chicken, black bean, etc). -Lots of fun sauce options. -Milkshakes and cool drink options Cons: -Usually filled with loud kids, so be prepared -They charge too much for the sauces in my opinion -The parking situation at this location can be difficult (sometimes I can't find a spot on busy nights) Overall, a decent and casual place to eat!

Red burgers are about $10 each. Now that's a pricey burg! The patty appears to be pre-frozen and formed like a Bubba Burger from the grocery store. The meat itself is not well-seasoned--- seriously, even missing salt and pepper on a burger before cooking is a sad sad thing. The fries are bland and barely even taste like potato... too over-processed for my liking. I could see why families love coming here and bringing their children because it has that Theme Park vibe. Also, with Theme Park food quality and prices. The staff also is directed to act crazy and have flair... you see where this is going. Luckily, we were here last time during Oktoberfest, so I was able to score a pretzel bun and also a limited time soft pretzel appetizer. The appetizer was better than the burger. Since the appetizer was a limited time Oktoberfest special, I guess I'll only be visiting for a limited time as well. If you come to Red Robin for a burger, I assume that you have small children or you just don't know what good food tastes like.

Arrived at 7pm on a Monday night. It is 7:55 food just showed up. Half the order is wrong. Out of 3 different milkshake ingredients. Asked for TV to be changed from espn to lightning game: "working on it" the whole 45minutes. Totally unacceptable. Do yourself a favor go to City Grill in New Tampa from now on. We will be.

Good for a chain. Always fast, friendly service. Lots of options: lettuce wrapped, chicken or veggie burger. Also cheap apps. They have new beer cocktails that are pretty yummy right now too.

I came here a few days after it opened, excited because I got tired of seeing the commercials for so long now and not having one near by. We were told it would be a 30 minutes wait, but we got in like 5 minutes later (could be that we were with 2 babies.) The place was super busy and I felt like I was packed in like sardines. It was very baby friendly, which is a plus for the group. We ordered and the food came out quickly. The burgers are really good and tasty. The steak fries are a bonus and the unlimited refills on them makes it better. I wasn't disappointed by all the "yummmmm" hype.

Place was almost empty, , but food was bland and cold, , which sucks since my lady experience there was pretty awesome. . Their teriyaki chicken had a small piece of chicken that for one half of the bun, and was unappetizing, , I was very disappointed :/

The customer service at this establishment does not even deserve one star. I came here for dinner with a party of six last night. We all ordered our meals and waited at least 45 minutes to an hour for them to be delivered to our table. Our food did not come out at the same time. Three out of the six orders were wrong. I ordered the DGB with a veggie patty (vegetarian). The arugula that was supposed to come with the burger was replaced by iceberg lettuce. When I brought this to the managers attention, he said he was out of arugula and the waitress should've told me that. Well, she didn't. He offered to get me something else, but I refused and settled for the modified burger. Two other meals were wrong. One meal had to be sent back and re-made. Our drinks were empty for quite some time before our waitress returned to offer refills. Instead of apologizing to us about the inconvenience and mistakes, the manager told us he was going to "yell" at the kitchen staff. Our waitress was saying the same. One person from our party ordered a salted caramel milkshake for dessert. Ten minutes later, a vanilla milkshake with rainbow sprinkles was brought to our table. We told the waiter it didn't belong to us. About a minute later he came back with said salted caramel milkshake. It appeared he scraped off the whipped cream from the vanilla milkshake and put new whipped cream on it with caramel drizzle. We assumed this was the case because there was still rainbow sprinkles all over the rim of the glass and the milkshake was vanilla. At this point, the person who ordered the milkshake already paid, but no one else's check was collected. The manager offered to remake the milkshake himself and my friend said ok, but wanted the shake off her bill. He refunded her shake and made her a new one. When my bill came, there was no change in the total due to the absence of my burger ingredients. This place is ridiculously overpriced for the quality and service of the restaurant. The dining experience was the worst experience I have ever had. The manager as well as our server were extremely unprofessional--placing blame on others instead of accepting responsibility and apologizing. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Places a lot of fun and the food is most of the time really good. The prices are a little high, and the parking is kind of tough because it is at Wiregrass. I really like the different hamburgers but it is pretty rough when you have to pay $14. The milk shakes are good, but not nearly as good as Steak N Shake and Burger 21.

The service is always friendly and fast and the fish and chips are the best in the area. The tartar sauce is very good as well.

When they built this place at the Wiregrass mall, curiosity got the best of us after seeing the long lines of people waiting to get in and hearing the catchy, "Red Robin..YUM!" commercials. So, we gave it a try. To me, it's a decent burger, but for the kids, they just love it. I don't think they'd ever say no to an offer to take them to Red Robin. The place is bright and cheery, and guy in a robin costume walks around to greet the kids, giving it a very kid-friendly feel. But peer around the corner at the full bar and you'll see that they cater to adults, just as well. A spiked milkshake? Yes, please! The burgers are tasty, and they have quite the variety. Fries are good and they are bottomless, so keep those coming. They have a signature seasoning that you can use on your fries which is pretty tasty, but I think I have the same thing in a McCormick's container in my spice cabinet at home. The kids' menu is pretty large, and their macaroni and cheese, and the pasta, are both bottomless. We've almost always had great servers, who have refilled my daughters macaroni and cheese and let my son eat it. So he ends up with two meals. (Now you see why the kids love it so?!) They also offer salads and appetizers, including this awesome looking onion ring tower we've yet to try. Food is a little on the pricey side; you'll pay a little more than you would visiting a Chili's or Applebee's, but your kids will be happier here.

My second time to a Red Robin. Still not a fan. We stopped in for a snack while we were waiting for my dad to get released from the hospital next door. I say I'm not a fan because both times (and at different locations), I've had poor service. Our server looked just plain angry all of the time. We didn't ask for anything extra or out of the ordinary, but we felt like we were getting dirty looks from him. And forget about getting a drink refill. I'd have a hard time going back to a Red Robin again.

A solid chain that we can go to as a family. There is something for everyone. I just wish they had more healthier options. The salads don't really entice me when we're there. Service isn't always great. Our server was busy trying to get home the other night, and it sucked to be pushed around a little. Love the fish and chips, and the onion rings are sooo good!

Good burger. Friendly waitress who split our order without even asking. Great service. Nice selection of draft beer. It is a chain but it is worth the visit if in the area and you are hungry for a hamburger cooked to order.

DOV 08/08/14 Two of us. We both had Bacon Cheeseburgers. He had fries - with seconds. I had mashed potatoes. Everything was very good. Good service by Steff and food was very good. The manager always checks on you, like that. We love how they ask if all adults at Hostess stand and put the noisy kids ( love 'em - but noisy) on one side of restaurant and adults on the bar side. Big plus! We will be back.

This is my preferred location for Red Robin. This location is always busy busy busy as expected because it is located at one of the busiest malls in the area. This time I came with a group of friends to check out their new Octoberfest burger and milkshake. had to wait a little while due to some members of the party requesting a booth, but that was our decision so no fault of the restaurant. The wait staff was very attentive and was always on hand to take orders and refill drinks. I usually get the Royal Robin burger, but today I ordered the Octoberfest burger and the Octoberfest milkshake. The were both really good, I had gotten the octoberfest milkshake last year on a whim and was very shocked at how good it tasted. They really did a good job using caramel to blend the flavor gap between the sam adams and vanilla ice cream. The burger was very tasty as well, the black forest ham added to the juiciness of the burger. This time I also noticed that there are sauces that you can order for dipping! I ordered the Bacon and the chipotle. Simply said: bacon fantastic, chipotle not. 4 stars because yes, the food isn't the greatest around, but it is pretty good, I love trying their limited run burgers and shakes and the staff and atmosphere at this locations never disappoints.

Great food despite the large palmetto bug that ran out onto the table. My wife about died. It is Florida though so what do you expect? The management treated the situation with class and integrity. Would definitely go back due to this.

Just on burgers, this place lived up to the name. Tasty burgers. I'd put it on par with Longhorn's burgers. Don't expect a chewy charred mess. Do expect soft meaty burgers with a lot of flavor. I got the Bleu Ribbon Burger. It wasn't overloaded with blue cheese and didn't feel like a heavy meal which was good. Where I find some problems was in the inconsistent service (quite forgetful and mildly fumbling). The burgers come with bottomless fries, but once the food comes, service is more or less gone. Besides that, I wasn't expecting the inside to be a low budget Chuck-E-Cheese. That is to say, if you go before 10PM, expect kids. Lots of kids wandering around your knees. Just on burgers, it's fine. The kid thing wasn't too bad for us since we came close to the universal child bedtime. The service didn't mess up any orders and the food came out faster than I thought it would. So, A-OK to me.

Our server was fabulous! This was our first visit to the Wesley Chapel Red Robin. The fries were delicious. Nothing real special about them, they're steak fries. The burgers were average. My burger tasted like the grill needed cleaned before the patty had been cooked, lots of char. The staff were friendly and efficient, a manager came by our table, and our server had no problem refilling our fries.

Visiting friends in this neck of the woods who wanted to give Red Robin a try. It wasn't a very good visit. Five out of six people in our party ordered burgers, Four out of five burgers came out wrong, either incorrectly cooked or with wrong toppings. One burger didn't get fries with it, another was sent out plain without one topping on it! One order was for a kid meal that didn't come out until much after the burgers leaving a hungry moody toddler to pitch a fit about it. (always feed the kid first!) My friends, not being ones to send food back, couldn't take it and made them fix everything! Mangement came over and asked what the problems were and was informed of them only to produce the result of excuses. We didn't need excuses, we got that from the waiter, he could have just stayed away and we would have obtained the same result. So definitely not a go back place until they get it together a little better.

Let me start by telling you I love red robin. Our waiter Kevin was very polite. The manger was defiantly doing his job going to table to table making sure everyone was being taking care of. I ordered a chophouse burger with gluten free bun and sweet potato fries very good. The only thing I can say for some reason the placed smelled like a dirty mop. I have never smelled it before there, am not sure what was going on that day. Hopefully when we go back it doesn't smell like that.

Perfectly made Royal burger! Exactly how I ordered it. I cannot ask for more. There are a very limited number of restaurants that also do gluten free well. My whole family can enjoy and they take excellent care to separate the allergy food from the rest!

Burgers are pretty good, the price is not howerver. Fries are not so great, and their onion rings are SO greasy and batter didnt stick very well how i like either. Overall this place is ok... This place isn't bad at all, has some good burgers and some other good things on the menu. However some things are a bit greasy and somethings are just not that good and is a bit pricey. Burger monger is on the same street pretty much and you can get a $5 burger on monday, $7 other days, and i rather eat a burger at burger monger. They use organic/local ingredients, everything is organic there, they use kobe beef for everything and have handcut fries. HUGE selection of toppings and condiments to put on your burger. i recommend if you want to sit down and just eat a burger or burger and fries. Or if you want a milkshake, go to burger monger. Save money, better ingredients, more flavor, and don't have to tip a waiter and also much faster. Red robins is pretty good, i just feel that Burger monger is on the same street and has better burgers and fries and shakes and has them at a better price. Decent place nonetheless.

Red Robin...yuuuuummmmm! Hahaha. I want a way to search through Yelp reviews and see how many of us have used that phrase when reviewing any location of this restaurant. You know, just for the lulz. ;) ANYWAY! Back to what I came here to do. I adore Red Robin. I really do. Even after having worked there in the past. For the most part when I leave a job I do not bother going back to places I've quit. This is a serious exception. Bottomless steak fries (though I never order more, the offer still stands!)?! Delicious, fresh, well crafted burgers. They cook to order, they don't overseason, and the staff, generally speaking are competent. That said, it is a little cheesy. And by a little I mean a lot. It's kind of fun, but sometimes a little much. The twister glasses, the huge amount of red and yellow clinging to the walls and furniture. But if you can take the ocular overload it's totally worth it.

This place is so overrated in my opinion. It's an overpriced hamburger joint. Some neat conncoctions but really not anything special. Oh wow an egg on a hamburger. Just not good. Greasy, average hamburger.

Last night, I went to Red Robin with a group of friends. I had a Bruschetta Chicken Sandwich. And it was SO amazing! Yes, it was about $10 and it was too pricey but do NOT forget that they offer UNLIMITED french fries! As much as you want to order to make the price worth it! (I got my chicken sandwich and fries for free because it is my birthday month). You can get a free meal when you sign up their loyal Red Robin's reward card!! Deal!!!!!!!! I had also an amazing waiter and she always filled up my drinks so quickly! :-) It was also a GREAT place to bring children too! :-)

The service, our waitress Colby was five star!! The manager was excellent as well! However the food was once again mediocre at best. I ordered the tavern burger and if I were blind folded I could not have told the difference between this burger and a double whopper from Burger King. I am truly amazed that some chef for this huge burger company thought copying the kings staple burger was good idea and a novel idea. I'm not sure we will go back. This is our second trip through and it is likely our last. Again this is not a reflection on the quality of the staff because they are top notch it is solely based on the food. Too lightly seasoned and no where near the flavor of what is shown on television. It's simply a let down.
(3)

Awesome place and service. Burgers are great, heck even the mayo in the burgers taste good! Everything is pretty pricy, but I didn't expect the French fries to be bottomless, a good deal if I say for the meal price!

One of my favorite places to go with my son! Staff is friendly and the food rocks! Sweet potato fries with spicy kechup hmmmm. My favorite burger was the Oktoberfest but it is only offered in october. Go figure :). The skinny margaritas are on par with Chilis. I think ill become The Duke here real soon! Oh, did I mention free burger during the MONTH of your birthday? Nice!

Red Robin, I think we've grown apart. Have you changed or have I? I used to like Red Robin. Enough so, that I used to complain that we don't have one in South Florida. But I've visited two Red Robins in the last month and both times the service was very good and the food was barely average. The burgers were small and dryish and the toppings not the most flavorful. The jalapenos, for example, were an unnatural green color and lacked both flavor and heat. The steak fries were good but nothing special. I'm not sure what happened here, but the love has definitely faded.

I must say I was disappointed as it just didn't live up to the hype. The food was good but only good. Not great. Certainly not worth the premium they charge for "gourmet". To me, Five Guys is way better for less.

Wow this place was a disappointment. They menu was weak, the service was weak and food was just below average.

Went here because the commercial was stuck in my head and I just had to see what it was like. It was good but nothing really special. The bottomless fries were Steak Fries that did not lend themselves to eating many. The flavored drinks were almost 3 bucks. The burger was just ok.

Food and service was great here. We came from Cleatwater for some Red Robin Yumness. I ordered the prime rib with provolone cheese and au jus dip with bottomless steak fries. Flippen awesome sandwich. My wife ordered the chicken tortilla soup with chicken salad. Wife loved both. I also ordered a bacon cheeseburger to go, as we don't have Red Robin by us. Also the sever was awesome, even gave me the Red Robin seasoning on the table that was three quarters full. By the way, the Red Robin seasoning was awesome. I will definitely be back. If you have not been here yet, then you are missing out. Trust me, check this place out and you won't be sorry.

This location had awesome service. I ordered their fish and chips and it was a great choice. The fries could use a little seasoning but they are still pretty good and they are bottomless. This location was really crowded because it is near a nice mall, but it's definitely worth the wait.

It was pretty good, not a long wait either and it was a saturday. Burgers were juicy and buns were perfect. Only downside is it's a a little pricey, about 10 bucks a burger. The bottomless fries are wonderful though.

I really didn't want to come here because the commercials never made the place seem so great. The only thing that made us come was the bottomless fries! The atmosphere is so inviting, fun and family oriented. The service was amazing. The endless root beer floats, limeades and fries was the best! I had a burger that was so flavorful and juicy. We go to Red Robin all the time now and have a blast!

This is my second visit here. We decided to go and not really thinking about the fact it is the week of Christmas and in front of tjhe mall. I think it may have taken longer to find a parking spot than to eat. I think that our next visit may not be for a while. The noise factor is unreal. It is hard to think inside. Hopefully after the holiday season it will be a bit more bearable.

Burger MONGER is 100 times better.

(1)Jessica M.

(5)Sharon C.

Enjoyed another visit at our Red Robin! This time Chelsea waited no SERVED us! She was amazing, personable, and made us feel comfortable to be there! We will return because of her.
(5)Roderick P.
Food was great drinks were weak, and service was great. Elizabeth (Beth) was my server. Great young lady, excellent service and she really paid attention to us while we were there. . Two thumbs up.
(4)Victoria B.
The burger choices are as endless as the fries (the fries are bottomless). It's normally kind of busy on most nights, but well worth the wait. They've got burgers and drinks for days.
(4)Melanie W.
Another very nice experience. Jordan did a nice job and the managers were attentive.
(5)David J.
(4)Paul P.
The food is very good, but for the relatively high price of their burgers, the service is a bit lacking and slow. It took forever for the server to even appear, much less deliver the food.
(3)Geoff P.
(4)Steve F.
We have been here twice. Last week and about 2 years ago. Same GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE! A little pricey, but where aren't prices up on beef!! LOL
(5)John G.
(5)Garnet F.
(1)Steve C.
(3)Jenn B.
(3)Rania G.
(3)Coty S.
(3)Cynthia B.
Good onion rings. Cheeseburger good. Lunch for 2 was $38. Bit pricey for burger lunches
(3)TJ M.
Had a really bad experience last time :( my burger was SOAKED in grease! It took forever for them to come check on us so I could let our waitress know. They said sorry and comped the burger though.
(2)Brian A.
We will be.
(1)Melissa M.
Good for a chain. Always fast, friendly service. Lots of options: lettuce wrapped, chicken or veggie burger. Also cheap apps. They have new beer cocktails that are pretty yummy right now too.
(4)Amy Z.
I enjoyed my burger & beers here. I got a salad instead of fries which was very lackluster. Bar service was great.
(4)Thuy H.
(3)Alaa T.
Place was almost empty, , but food was bland and cold, , which sucks since my lady experience there was pretty awesome. . Their teriyaki chicken had a small piece of chicken that for one half of the bun, and was unappetizing, , I was very disappointed :/
(1)Missy R.
(1)Spence R.
(4)Justin S.
The service is always friendly and fast and the fish and chips are the best in the area. The tartar sauce is very good as well.
(5)Acelyn B.
All I'm gonna say is delicious burgers. & ENDLESS FRIES! That alone won me over. I'm done.
(4)Jen G.
(3)Mitch L.
I like Red Robin!! Good burgers but only four stars as my french fries were cold. Join the club and you get freebies more often than other places!
(4)Stephanie W.
(2)Benjina D.
(4)Shelley P.
Good burger. Friendly waitress who split our order without even asking. Great service. Nice selection of draft beer. It is a chain but it is worth the visit if in the area and you are hungry for a hamburger cooked to order.
(4)Lin C.
(5)Michael G.
(4)Blake T.
Great food despite the large palmetto bug that ran out onto the table. My wife about died. It is Florida though so what do you expect? The management treated the situation with class and integrity. Would definitely go back due to this.
(3)Danesh J.
(3)Amanda J.
(4)Virginia G.
(2)Diana S.
(4)Jose C.
Perfectly made Royal burger! Exactly how I ordered it. I cannot ask for more. There are a very limited number of restaurants that also do gluten free well. My whole family can enjoy and they take excellent care to separate the allergy food from the rest!
(5)Patrick D.
(3)Natalie W.
First time here. Great burgers and onion rings!
(4)Teresa C.
parking, parking, PARKING!!! However, the Guaca burger is yum!! And get ranch dressing with those Huge fries.
(4)Nicole Leigh S.
